Engineered for Effort: Introducing Hybrid+

Introducing Hybrid+, delivering longer, structured conditioning sessions that build real engine capacity, improve pacing, boost aerobic efficiency and support progression across mixed-modal training for stronger, more resilient performance.

Hybrid+ was created to fill a gap we saw across the network: a need for longer, structured conditioning sessions that build real, repeatable engine capacity across mixed-modal work. Where Hybrid delivers fast, high intensity conditioning, Hybrid+ relies much more on the ability to pace oneself while managing mental and physical fatigue, recognising a place for workouts that are short and punchy alongside those that require a more reliable engine.

Each session runs longer than a standard Hybrid class and is programmed with clear intention: sustained efforts, mixed modalities and the opportunity to revisit particular sessions to assess improvement over time. It’s not just “more work.” It’s the right work, delivered in a way that develops aerobic efficiency, movement quality under fatigue, and strategic pacing strategies. It also offers additional sessions within the Hybrid line that is considered through the programming, minimising the risk of burnout or standalone sessions that add unaccounted for volume in movements or planes of motion.

Hybrid+ is designed for anyone looking to push their conditioning further - whether preparing for events like the 98 Games, building a stronger all-round base for strength and performance programs, or simply wanting to feel fitter in a way that they feel translates to the real world.

It’s the natural evolution of our Hybrid training line: longer sessions, clearer structure, better engines.

Hybrid+ isn’t just “more”.

It’s about adding value, time, opportunities to be coached. And then some.
