The 98 Capacity program is designed to increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, in short, your ability to work harder for longer.
Designed to be done in conjunction with 98 Performance and 98 Hybrid, this added volume and periodised intensity will ensure you build a big strong engine.
Depending on your goal you can split your time between different machines (bike, ski, rower, etc) or you can do all sessions on just the one, you may also choose to do these sessions running.
