98 Strength is programmed for someone who has had 6-12 months of uninterrupted training and who is competent in all the core lifts, Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Vertical/Horizontal Pull movements.
Our program runs 4 sessions per week, Monday/Tuesday being your Max Effort lifting days and Thursday/Friday being your volume days for the first 13-week block.
It’s designed as a stand-alone program, however, you may place some of the 98 Capacity programming in and around it depending on your goals and training experience.
